We just got back from the game. We had a great bunch of customers with us. AND boy was it an exciting game. I can’t believe Wake got the last possession.

BYU had a 53 at home winning streak. I haven’t thought of Wake as being that good, but they beat BYU at their home.

Men, television, and sportsmania

I can hear the television in the background. Football. Someone just lost 2 yards.

Over the holidays I was reminded of a noisy tradition – one that I dearly miss. Games on multiple televisions in multiple rooms with the boys hopping from one game to another. Sometimes they’d stand, sometimes they’d sit. Fingernails would be chewed. Hollering. Always hollering. Complaining, griping, yelling at coaches.
