This is the second of this kind of email I’ve gotten. I wish I’d saved the name of the first one – but it came at me with several names, so I knew off the bat it was bad news. I’ll go back into my trash bin this afternoon and see if I can find the names.
These folks ask you to go to another site where they ask some questions and then ask your opinion on some web pages. (That’s what happened the first time.) You have to fill out the web pages completely to validate that you’ve done them. Only thing is, they ask for all kinds of info. I stopped at that point.
I would advise you not to fill out any unsolicited forms on the internet, or even to reply to unsolicited email.
I like seeing the silliness out there people are passing off as job/interview related. And I do also like sharing the info – if maybe it can help someone know something isn’t legit. I’m amazed at the searches I’ve got coming in to the blog.
